SnapMark Screenshot for Mac

How can we help?

Get back to capturing, annotating, and sharing. Find quick answers here, or contact the developer directly.

Screen capture will not start

The first time you capture or record, macOS asks for screen recording permission. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording (or Screen Recording, depending on your macOS version), allow SnapMark Screenshot, then restart the app and try again.

Frequently asked questions

How do I take a screenshot?

Click the SnapMark Screenshot icon in the menu bar and choose a capture option. The default shortcut for a region capture is Control-Option-S. You can change shortcuts in Settings → General.

How does scrolling capture work?

Choose Scrolling Screenshot from the menu bar, select the content area, and start capturing. Scroll steadily and keep enough overlap between views to help SnapMark align the image.

Are images sent to the cloud for privacy detection?

No. OCR and privacy suggestions run locally on your Mac. Detection can miss or misidentify information, so review the final image before sharing. You can turn off automatic detection in Settings → General.

Need help with the trial or a purchase?

SnapMark Screenshot offers a 10-day free trial and a one-time lifetime unlock. It is not an auto-renewing subscription. Apple handles the trial and payment; choose Restore Purchases in the app menu to restore an eligible purchase. Contact Apple Support for billing or refund questions.
